DPhil student Honora Driscoll has been recognised in the Women's Engineering Society's 2025 Top 50 Women in Engineering awards.

Honora's research looks at green ammonia and green hydrogen production using offshore renewable energy sources, particularly tidal stream energy.

We are delighted to announce that Sir Robin Niblett KCMG has been elected to succeed Miles Young as Warden of New College. Until 2022, Sir Robin was Director and Chief Executive of the Royal Institute for International Affairs, Chatham House.

On Saturday, the New College team completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge! After 39.8km, 12 hours, plenty of blisters, tears and laughter, we're proud to have raised £3,418 for @alzheimerssoc.bsky.social Thank you to everyone for their support 🫶

May Day brought the bees! Every year, when the temperature is right, a new Queen Bee emerges and leads the bees to a new resting place. Having been nesting on the side of our Chapel, today these bees have emerged, ready for summer! 🐝

We had a fantastic time at our Step-Up Residential last week! Over 80 students came from schools across the UK to stay in New College, find out about studying at Oxford from tutors and current students, and meet other enthusiastic individuals 🌟
