If I were you, those works would be banned. I don't want for fanfic archives to give asylum to pedos and zoos.
Like pardon me, that's not even on the same level as banning non-con/dub-con, that's the level of just being sane. OTW, do better.

I mean you do you, but if I wrote a fic containing an irl child actor/actress getting it on with a dog, would you take that down or change your site rules?

Addendum. One of the admins, DamnedComrad (yes, he's an actual communist), even tried to tell me that I am a hypocrite for calling the defendant an asshole, which I responded with telling him that if he called himself "Fuck off" in German, and acted badly, that's a kind of prophetic nickname.

And after several days of a seemingly endless court battle...he (the guy I prosecuted) got off with an equivalent of a year-long restraining order.

Justice is fucking served, people!

After that, his entire work catalogue got completely wiped from the site, with only few archived copies remaining available.
This incident I called "The Fishmonger Precedent" in my last court speech, basically meaning "Good contribution to a project isn't an excuse to act like a jerk".

Yet another side bar: Fishmonger was one of early contributors to SCP Foundation. He eventually became an admin and his writings were fairly liked, but he eventually got banned, due being rude and egotistical, as well as threatening to sue the site's host.

There were some interesting things here as well such as people testifying defending the problematic user with arguments such as "he was nice to me and he is productive, so leave him alone, he is just a wee baby UwU", or me comparing the defendant to Gollum and Fishmonger of SCP fame.

Two people were picked as a defense attorney and a prosecutor (the latter being me), as well as a judge.
I and the other user, who acted as a defense attorney prepared our speeches in advance.
There were three posts from both sides, as written in the site's Code of Legal Conduct.

So we took him to court. I and the admins created a page compiling the most important evidence of him being a dick to everyone who was for deletion/rewriting the two articles which got him in hot water, and calling people, including admins, all sorts of names - an investigation flie.

Yeah, it's definitely our fault that he wrote a crappy and inflammatory article about doing the do with animals.

Need I add that the guy's nickname on site was literally the equivalent of "fuck off" in German?

And even after that, some users were defending this dude, who was acting like a huge jerk, using arguments such as "he didn't knew about the "chair" criteria for tropes" or "he is productive, so leave him be", or my favourite, "It's admins' fault he got angry and started acting like that".

And after we tried to send them to the our recently opened Trope Repair Shop, he got pissed even more and started writing people things such as "You will send those articles in TRS just as an excuse to delete them later" and even started accusing our head admin of breaking her own rules.

That user also tried to use the good ol' "tu quoque" trick by pointing out rather angrily that there was some amount of trope articles that would fit the "People sit on chairs" criteria, and therefore not exactly tropes. He tried to argue that if such articles were kept, his articles should remain.

Like, I mean, comparing someone to a Nazi or the *Austrian Painter* is such a cheap and outdated tactic for someone to use it immediately does them a huge disservice. (I don't endorse the Nazi ideology nor this tactic, btw. Spread peace and love y'all.)

In response he basically started calling people various names such as "hypocrites" and "prudes",insulted the admins who wanted to change the articles, going as far as calling them (I'm not kidding) "aryan masters" and comparing them to fucking Nazis.

But I digress. Said guy did write some good articles in the past, at a rather fast pace and stayed mostly quiet. However, he out of nowhere started defending his articles which broke the site criteria when people pointed out said breaking.

I.e. woman wearing red in a movie by itself is not a trope, but only if it symbolises something, like her being impulsive, seductive or a femme fatale.
