I can't help but wonder: Is that because the Wasatch air is cleaner or because the federal government is allowing higher levels of pollution before putting an area on the list?

Here's a suggestion: End the practice of presidential pardons. Bad guys get out of jail free. Victims are denied restitution. Recent abuses scream out for putting a stop to pardons.

🤬 Advocates have fought this abuse for decades. If people are doing work, pay them at least minimum wage.
