When you buy Bitcoin on an exchange they hold it for you. But if anything happens to them 'like FTX' you can lose it. Most people send it to a wallet. A really good one is Sparrow. It takes a bit to learn how to use one safely but worth it. Feel free to hit me up with questions

this relay along with following the account is how #nostr accounts bridge to bluesky. its an opt in from both ends. so even from here you have to follow the bridgy fed account to post into nostr.

that long string is how nostr names look because of the key associated with the account. on the nostr side the user has to connect to the relay to get here. on the bs side you just have to follow the @ap.brid.gy
