Nevith the Dragon is laying on his back, relaxing with his hands behind his head as his belly swells with blueberry juice, although he is currently letting out some big purple farts and is visually a little embarrassed and blushing more intensely. He has a more pear-ish shape, his legs starting to sink in while his upper half isn't nearly as swollen, although his moobs are beginning to fill out as well.

Never mind, looks like he does in fact have a way to propel himself... though not exactly in the most graceful way.
Nevith the Dragon, inflated with air to a massive size and wearing a suitably large space suit with "Contents Under Pressure" written on the back, is slowly drifting through a hallway on a space station towards the viewer. He is farting loudly, a pale blue cloud visible behind him.
