well, I did spend a lot of time in the main fic series saying reploids were nothing if not very inventive! they work it out pretty well actually

speaking of holding positions I don't think I've seen anybody writing MMX smut (or much smut in general) that involves having to figure out how to do things comfortably with a disabled character involved and that's been fun actually to write about
