I had to create this after using the phrase “our unfair trade imbalances with those dastardly penguins.”
An emperor penguin seen from slightly below so that its beak appears tipped up aloofly. It has a long curled handlebar mustache drawn on it so that it looks like a villainous magnate in a western movie.

Not sure this is quite what you’re looking for but a student made this for me for a card game I’m working on and it sounds close.
