Definitely issues at OpenAI, according to Downdetector. Whether it's connected with Cloudflare's problem, hard to say at the moment.

This is crazy. I have #Chrome running on #Windows11 with four tabs open on a handful of news and social websites - and Chrome is consuming just over 5 gigs of memory according to the Task Manager. Wtf?
