Made a prototype for a mini lantern. The pin on top will be replaced with a ceramic lid that holds a light. I glazed it a light color, but I originally wanted matte black. What do you think? I'll show an update when it's fired!

I've been creating miniature vases with stained clay and loving the results. Both the clay and the glaze reacting to the stain are beautiful. Lots more coming down the pipeline this month!

My mini wheel making a mini vase about 1.25-1.5". I enjoy these exaggerated silhouettes as miniatures, pushing the clay out as far as I can and tapering it into a small base

I've whipped up a small batch of Valentines Pink mini vases. These use white clay w/ red mason stain to create the pink clay, and underglaze for the designs. I hadn't used mason stain before but look forward to more projects with it!

I almost never glaze my tiny pottery white, I thought maybe it would look too plain or flat. But with a unique silhouette and some colorful flowers, wow they pop!
