When I was a freshman in college I took a 3d animation class. The guy who was the lead puppeteer on Labyrinth lived in NM and came to our class a couple of times to talk about working on that movie. We even got to go to a special screening of Labyrinth at a local indie theater (RIP the Lobo).

And they'll never learn.

That's so disappointing to hear. I freaking loved his work on Doom 2016. You'd think someone in the industry would understand what an integral part music plays in the franchise. Can't believe they'd risk a relationship with someone so talented, but here we are.

I can still remember my uncle coming over and installing a color graphics card (gasp!) on our IBM PC. It was very exciting to see things in color. I remember learning to boot up using a copy of DOS 3.0 that my uncle had copied onto a disk for me. So many fond memories playing games on this thing.

Here's what I got after about 5 minutes
