that’s what I keep coming back to. this is 2005, or even 1995. he’s so far gone. he needs to retire now and not at the end of his term. he’s not up for this fight.

but here’s my fear: what happens when everybody’s insurance is super expensive in 2026 with high deductibles they may not be able to meet? it’s busier than ever at the practice I work at too, and I’m terrified that come January, it’ll just stop. not out of lack of need, but from people cutting back.
