Here are some digital sketches I made of my main two Star Wars OCs: Kora Ontaro (not-quite-Jedi) & Nima Kai (exiled Mandalorian).

My Star Wars OC, Kora Ontaro, using the Force to burn the absolute life out of her food, with the text "Hippity hoppity, your soul is now my property." I based this pose off a shot from 'The Legend of Korra' (season 1, episode 1) so in case you're wondering why it looks familiar, that's why. I only made this drawing for fun, not to make profit of. I don't claim to own or have made up the pose and style. "Lady of the Lake" - pencil sketch. I made this originally just to practise drawing hair underwater, but decided to add more and more things to it. So, now it's a Lake Siren, surrounded by lily pads. "Persephone's choice" - pencil sketch. I based this off the Ancient Greek myth of Persephone's kidnapping* at the hands of Hades (* = I'm pretty sure the nature of the kidnapping differs a lot per telling of the myth, there might be some that suggest she joined him willingly). After she eats the seeds of a pomegranate** while in Hades' Underworld (** = in some versions, it's a different food. In some versions, she is tricked into eating it), her soul and body are bound to the Underworld forever. However, after some Olympian negotiating and politics, Zeus allows her to remain on the surface for half of the year. During this time, she would be with her mother, Demeter (Goddess of harvest, among other things). Demeter would rejoice in her daughter's presence, and the world would know; crops grew flourishingly, and there was a bountiful harvest. In the other half of the year, she would be in the Underworld with her new husband, Hades. Demeter would neglect her duties, missing her daughter so much. Crops would wither, harvest would decay. Some versions of the myth do tell the story of her willing stay with Hades, but others suggest that she despised Hades and every second she spent in the Underworld. I depicted Persephone here as making a deliberate choice between the two worlds. (If I absolutely butchered the myth and told it inaccurately, please do tell me in the comments (constructively though, please). I'm just some random Dutch person who had a special interest in Ancient Greek mythology a while back and wanted to draw something about it. I am in no way an expert on Ancient Greek mythology.) Inkpen drawing of a Chimaera (aka: Ghost Shark / Rat Fish / Spookfish / Rabbit Fish; 'Chimaera' is actually a collective name for a few subspecies) - and yes, this animal exists (look it up, it's cool), and yes, those are all its nicknames. I love the contrast between the spooky names and "Oh, it's a cute little rabbit". The Chimaera tend to live in deep waters (because if creepy animals don't live in/around Australia, they live there). If you want to see a sillier version of this animal, look up the Narrownose Chimaera subspecies. Coloured pencil drawing of a humpback whale.
