I planned to volunteer at hospice too, and still might. What's the program like that you're doing?

My other teacher, the most deep and learned, has been experience.

I started by getting Death Doula certificate through UVM. Learned a lot, esp on practical end. Then found a mentor who worked 25 years in hospice as a chaplain. They've taught me about dying rituals around different faiths & answer questions a/b healthcare system how diseases progress.

My visual aura migraines are always separate from the pain ones. I have no idea what this means, but they never happen together. Visual lasts about 20 min, pain version can go for a few days.

Ugh I'm sorry. Our culture cloaks this transition in so much stigma and fear.
