If you have 2 candidates, one says "I will kill 20 million people" and the other says "I will kill 20 thousand people" do you throw up your arms and let the 20m death guy win? It's a pretty fucked up system either way. It's just that you save 19.9 million lives if you vote for the lesser of 2 evils.

It's basically a "would you vote for 30% hitler or 90% hitler?" situation. Both candidates are evil, but one is more evil than another, and even a 1% difference could lead to the deaths of a million more people.

No, my entire point was that abandoning the one system of political power we have would de-legitimize the entire leftist movement in America. Starting a 3rd party in a two-party system during a fascist takeover is a death sentence.

Not saying we shouldn't criticize them, of course. It's incredibly necessary. The genocide should never have happened. I just don't think leveling Gaza into Mar-a-Lago 2 through a fascist regime really helps them out either.
