Turns out, the disk was too damaged to read, that's why it sped up so much XD it was looking for a way to read the data. Oh well. Rip 3 Amigos

Like, both contexts are insufferable imho, I just usually end up encountering the one I described more. Its like... People don't seem to mind that I'm being politically engaged, they are worried about how it tends to be what I hyperfixate on to my own detriment because I can't do what I want to.

The way I most commonly hear it as a neurodivergent person (and this may not be the tone expressed in the OC), it's from the context of "you need to step away for your mental health", which like... Isn't entirely wrong but still infuriating cuz it's like... Not looking doesn't mean it isn't there.
