Yes it is a dark day in Alberta, but really I’d just call it a regular day for the UCP - everyday we strive to meet new lows!

Gee, based on those characteristics, he’s been developing dementia for most of his life (lack of empathy, inability to concentrate, socially inappropriate behaviour, etc)!
