We won't go into huge detail about the current queer news but we couldn't let the most recent news from the UK past without saying Neuro Pride Ireland, an all-island organisation, has always been a LGBTQAI+ inclusive space

Neuro Pride Ireland Statement in Support of the International Women's Day March. Text reads: Neuro Pride Ireland are unfortunately unable to attend the International Women's Day march in Dublin, but we want to share our utmost support for our comrades who will be marching across the country for Women's Rights. Disabled and neurodivergent women and LGBTQIA+ people experience increased vulnerability to gender based violence, so this issue is close to Neuro Pride's heart. Gender based violence is a scourge on our society, and we must band together to put a stop to it, and hold our government accountable. Remember to wear a mask and as always, keep your activism intersectional: for women, disabled people, trans people, people of colour and more. Ní neart go cur le chéile.

Cír reminded him he has still never responded to the coalition of Disabled Persons' Organisations, including Neuro Pride, who contacted him after he became Taoiseach, regarding a meeting with his new cabinet committee on disability, but is willing to meet with someone when there was bad publicity

We've been recovering from an intense year, but with the viral video of Taoiseach and Fine Gael leader @simonharristd.bsky.social being confronted on disabled and carer policy, our co-ordinator @geekycdoyle.bsky.social has commented on Harris' video response
