Damn…I haven’t gone out to visit friends and family for a couple of years. Maybe I should try to get out there for this! I might even be able to organize a work event with this much lead time!

I’ve been thinking about something similar. But I’ve been wondering whether living in a city makes this harder. I’ve definitely had such feelings. But not in DC, and it’s hard for me to know where I might cultivate it around here
