Emotionally I am with you, but there’s too much anger as it is. We need more civil debate, more calm engagement in discussion from the other side. Anger just feeds the Meta and X algorithms what they want. Starmer is right to be measured: his job is to engage the whole country, not you and me.

Journaling is just writing at its simplest. Bullet journals emphasise tracking: you can buy the official billet journal on Amazon. Personally I prefer expressive writing, which is writing emotionally about what’s on your mind. It stimulates awareness, mindfulness, introspection.

Agree, it is time to really commit - though this is much easier said than done with FB’s profiling and tracking technology. Even people without meta accounts can be profiled. I set my Apple devices on the highest security settings, and use antivirus software too.
