Hey Neurokin, when you're dysregulated, shutdown, in meltdown or burnout, it can be really challenging to identify what your body-mind is feeling in order to know what you need (heck, even in neutral states that can be tough!).
Try this check in - "what autonomy need can I meet right now?"

Thinking of folks who won't be getting their necessary food stamps - especially thinking about those with food allergies, celiac, ARFID, halal, kosher, things that are much harder to find at food banks and pantries.
