That‘s insane! Not as bad at my journal, but the number of poor quality and off-topic submissions has increased. Plus, it’s incredibly hard to find reviewers.

How (and why) do they devote so much intellectual effort to an impossible future? So they can ignore the suffering of living humans and enrich themselves? what a false, pathetic narrative

But the advances have been in engineering, not biology. Why can’t we regrow cartilage yet?? It just sits there to provide support, cushioning, and shock absorption. It doesn’t need to “think” (i.e., like neurons)
