Im not writing off the possibility a starter misses more time than McGlinchey did last year, but the idea that last year was an outlier is just wrong.

Yea how often he ended up so far away from the ball was concerning. Not even from getting pushed down the field, there were at least 2-3 plays a game i watched where he looked legitimately lost

Nolen is weird for me. I see the pass rush juice, but I don't think it's as tantalizing as people discuss. I think the other 3 are bona fide top 20 players... Nolen not so much

Collins will have a role in this league, just dont see much (if any) pass rush upside. Doesn't seem like a VJ kind of DL

Just some general thoughts.

Mason Graham is the best, but I don't think he's as dominant as consensus makes him out to be.

Grant and Harmon are not far off. Neither are going to have dominant pass rush wins like Graham, but I think they can be very disruptive and are more versatile alignment-wise

I don't think one takes away from the other.

And also the staff has asked him to do a lot less as a passer in recent weeks, so idk why they would do that and not also help him with the designed QB run game

I think there's a reasonable middle ground here where we accept Payton has been great for the Broncos, but he has not been coaching well of later.

People wanting to fire Payton or deflect blame away from Bo are obviously doing so in bad faith.

But I think there are plenty of reasonable criticisms of Payton the last few weeks. And it feels like some (not you) want to ignore that because the team has a winning record.

Someone should let the HC know this!
