Also I heard at the beginning of the strike that only Genshin is struck while HSR and ZZZ still arent. Is it still the case, or are those also struck now, or it was a red-herring?

I have a question. Why does some actors strike Genshin, but still voice in other hoyo projects even though afaik those are also non-union?
