denji has a tendency to have these almost manic highs as he desperately attempts to comfort himself, but they’re always put to an end as he inevitably plummets back into reality. what were to happen if denji goes too far and doesn’t come back to reality?

no bc i totally see what u mean.. i personally see csm’s best possible conclusion being an “unconventional” happy ending, kind of like fire punch. something unsettling but “peaceful” for denji if u get what i mean
