Christmas dinner: slow-cooked braised beef brisket.
Day-after: brisket Reubens with sauerkraut, swiss, and pumpernickel rye. 🍽️

Pizza for dinner! We’ve had great results with our Lodge cast iron pizza pan. Topped it with grilled spice-rubbed chicken thighs, red onion, and a barbecue sauce base on some homemade dough. Simple and so good. 🍕🍽️

A restaurant in town makes a Cipollini Dip that my husband and I are obsessed with. I found some Cipollini onions at the grocery store this week and decided to try making it myself. It turned out okay, but not quite the same. I’ll get it right eventually! 🍽️
