Both of them are really simple installs. The differences will be in how to install programs/apps CachyOS primarily uses command line, but there are ways to use the GUI to make it work. Fedora uses an app store as it's main way to find/install things.

I've been using various distros for more than a year now. I have settled on two that meet my needs: CachyOS for gaming, and Fedora for non-gaming systems. Those two are the most comfortable to me. (KDE Plasma for desktop environment.)

Hey ya! My wife told me you were having Linux Issues? I've used Mint in the past, and am currently using CachyOS (for gaming) and Fedora. been playing with it for almost a year now, and rarely have to use the Windows portion of my dual boot systems nowadays. If you want, I can try to help.
