With a structure, consistency and some variety I think you'd do a good job. You could cycle guest co-hosts just to play around with the vibe and see what feels right. Even if just to start you did video or audio interviews to post on your website, that would be cool imo

I think maybe the blue cap was from Mario Bros and it carried over for a short time. Because it's interesting that they have him holding a mushroom which as far as I remember wasn't a thing until Super Mario Bros. on the NES.

I don't know exactly what that graphic of Mario is from but for the longest time I thought it was a fever dream I had where I imagined Mario with a blue cap on. Turns out it was real all along and my memory wasn't foolin' me.

I didn't even see this. Nintendo's lawyers are no joke. They are making their own film, I'm not surprised a fan film has the ninja lawyers activate. I wonder if the Internet Archive has a copy.
