I remember the excitement as Tree Bubblebee colonised Kent. This individual was trapped in my greenhouse today in Nethy Bridge, Highland. What an incredible spread.

Phone pic of one of a dozen Large Red-belted Clearwings lured in my Nethy garden today. Clearwings are thin on the ground up here so a fairly notable record.

Although I these guys most years, it's always a thrill to find one in the garden trap.

Another decent moth in the new Nethy garden - Sword-grass.

It looks like this Oak Beauty that I trapped in Nethy Bridge on Thursday night might be a first for VC 95. It's my first for 9 years.
