The ECR project MicroFlux led by @nestor-arandia.bsky.social aims to explore how microorganisms living in coastal aquifers influence the chemistry of groundwater discharging into the sea, aiming to shed light on the role of coastal aquifers as attenuators of nitrogen pollution to the coastal ocean.
