I think every knitter has an internal list of yarn they someday want to work with. Mine isn't long, but I found out one of them was recently discontinued. Fortunately I able to find 4 skeins (in my dream colour). Now I have to figure out what to do with them. Any suggestions? #brooklyntweed

Hopefully better late than never to the #ScrapAlong2025 Between health issues and a shoulder injury i've barely been knitting, but i'm getting back to it, finally. These are being knit with yarn ends (after I finished full socks). LoveliesI bought from people destashing (Rowan & Urth).

Day 16 of #fiberuary: I've been trying to get in more reading & I just finished a great book by @beckyblake.bsky.social I also think reading and knitting is better with handmade pottery (as are all things). This is one of my favourite mugs, made by the very talented @bevmcn.bsky.social

Thanks to my wonderful LYS (local yarn store) @flyingsquirrelyarn.bsky.social I was able to get the perfect yarn for some future projects and some great advice on the sweater I'm about to cast on- thanks Erin 🧶

I love texture (day 11 of #fiberuary ). It is why I keep my yarn and rug hooking the fibre in old baskets. It is also one of the reasons I love fibre craft so much. 💚

#fiberuary day 6 "a pop of colour". My most colourful knit to date is the #nightshiftshawl by @dreareneeknits.bsky.social So addictive and satisfying 🌈😁

Great owl mug. I was a potter for many years and have many friends who are potters so picking a favourite mug is a little like picking a favorite child but this one is very special because not only do I think it's really earthy and beautiful but my friend who made it has since retired from potting.
