Do you go through the stages of grief everyday when you slow down and have time to do so? Or is it just me? 😂 What a roller coaster. In these times I try to stay as positive and hopeful as possible, but wow! Sometimes you just need to get it all out.. the anger, frustration, sadness; cry those tears

Tonight I made one of our favorite meals! Salmon, wild rice, and steamed broccoli! It all came out delicious! 😋
