Spotted this book on my classroom bookshelf and reminded myself of its now-ancient wisdom. Produced by ILEA and the English Centre in 1987 with one of my PGCE tutors a coauthor. Is this you @engmediacentre.bsky.social under an old name?

I'm 50 pages into The Fury and it's doing nothing for me. Not my usual genre but I've heard it's amazing. Has anyone read it and can advise whether it really is as good as I've heard or if I should pack it in?

Tonight there was a one-off showing of Kneecap at The Kinema in the Woods. If you get a chance to see this hilarious film, you definitely should.

Sent home from school early and, after bailing out my garage, I went for a walk. This is Horncastle, Lincolnshire.
