I deleted the app after seeing that

I created a non-US account using the app from the US Google Play store. You have to disable your US SIM card first and use Wi-Fi and a VPN.

At least I can still watch your existing videos? 🫢

I made a new account in another country and that's working but I'm not sure I actually want to use it. I was mostly just curious if it would work.
