Teens said adults often don’t understand what children do online — or reflect on their own digital habits.

They wanted trusted adults to talk with them about the pressures they face online, including constant comparison, unrealistic beauty standards, & cyberbullying.

Every child should feel free to choose their future without barriers.

After our Lifting Limits programme, more girls believed they could be footballers, and more boys believed they could be teachers.

A year ago, we opened Time for young people Newham.

It’s a space for young people in Newham to pause and find support as soon as they need it.

To celebrate, we spoke to staff to find out the difference it’s made to the local community: www.childrenssociety.org.uk/what-we-do/b...

Today, we remember & honour those who served in the armed forces.

Many children growing up in armed force families are young carers. These young carers manage caring responsibilities in the armed forces community, while navigating school & social life.

This page has been funded by the Armed Forces Covenant trust to provide advice and guidance to professionals working with both young carers and armed forces families.

Ambassadors of hope.
Agents of hope.

We must get the message across that it is possible to end child poverty.

We are determined to eradicate it.

We will work harder and harder to do so, and we will not give up.
