Adding to this, Jesus' whole thing was specifically NOT building an earthly theocratic kingdom, but building a heavenly one instead.
You start building that heavenly kingdom with compassion with everyone. You'll never do it by holding non-Christians at gunpoint.

I think my mental health has improved noticeably since rediscovering my “third place” through my church and, most recently, the @sanantoniofgc.bsky.social.
