I can feel myself slipping into a very unsafe mental place and I am trying to distract myself, but I’m at work and can only do so much. On the bright side, I am applying for health insurance soon and I’ll be able to get a new therapist so I can work through these issues

PVRIS is having a 10th anniversary tour for their White Noise album and only have THREE (3) US dates and of course none of them are close to me at all but I’m holding out hope bc more dates will be announced later
