After a lot of procrastination i made a mod that controls all 4 deltarune chapters at the same time

This is the worst thing ever but i'm planning to try to speedrun with this at some point (there's a tiny bit of input delay as well and it fucks with me so bad)

For a while i've been thinking this item would be really funny to have in deltarune, so i implemented it

So context, and Fun Deltarune Fact: the Zapper S-Action sound effect is just the fountain making sound effect sped up, but you don't hear it all the way through unless you interrupt the battle (i.e. by restarting the room in debug mode)
