Just the other day, Newman School and Mass Rivals forward Carson McDonald announced his commitment to #American University.
The 6’9 forward is in his second year in New England from Colorado, and is an #E75 alum.

Just terrible news. Mike was one of the best defenders I’ve seen in my decades watching UMass basketball and a huge fan favorite. Gone too soon.
We are incredibly sad to announce the untimely passing of Mike Babul.
In his second season as the coach at Thayer Academy, he had begun to build a strong foundation for future success and was beloved by everyone in the region.
