Klein also makes a valve core bit for their screwdrivers, it'd probably work in whatever electric screwdriver you want. Or just get the cheapest screwdriver-type core remover and cut off the handle so you can fit it in the chuck of a power drill.

one little tip for bread flour: you can buy wheat gluten (useful for making seitan).
Look up the ratio, but adding a little gluten to all purpose flour turns it into bread flour. So instead of worrying about having bread flour on hand, you can just use that 50lb bag of all purpose for everything.
