I would say my toxic trait is that I’m adverse to conflict so that comes off as me being very passive aggressive because when I finally do get upset, I let everything out instead of just being upset about the one particular thing that set me off if that makes sense

The way black people are consistently held to the standard of being the moral higher ground and expected to fix ails of society while their white counterparts escape all accountability (while they are destroying the country) is truly beyond my comprehension

so much of our existence in this country has been forcibly linked with pain so overcoming it is seen as strength and that coupled with the fact that a good number of us never actually get to the other side of the struggle so most don’t realize it’s not a necessary part of life
Black people often measure our sense of strength by how much pain we can endure and that saddens me.

Every time I try to explain my personality I always have to preface it with I am a middle child from a large family and the only child of my gender so once you’re able to understand how that shapes a person, you really will do understand my personality and why I am the way that I am.

I am a very emotionally intuitive person so I would probably be able to read minds which would 200% cause me to go crazy
