Doesn't work that way for me. To get into dev mode I clean up code, make first (working) blocks shorter and sexier and slide into coding new chunks (that often combine chunks).
When writing fiction (the story that the code fires), I get less 'logical' and more 'imaginitive'.
Distinctly different.

Maybe next time vote like it. May be a while since the man got elected, let's not forget that. And so did Hitler. Let's not forget that. I don't think the US will have any elections either any time soon.
