LOL. For me, it was the last block before the pathway going East (from 7a ST up that slight hill).

No traction up the hill. And this transition to path is brutal.

Makes for a pretty view though.

One of my first decks was a bunch of these effects with Adamaro, First to Desire at the helm. I took the deck apart a long time ago.

Probably got better over time with all the flings printed. Blue probably got a lot better with all the free counterspells printed.

Based on Facebook comments, most people there are voting for Myke.

That makes sense. They're pissed off that they are physically prevented from driving into the bike lane, like in this example.

It's pretty constant bike hate in that group now.

You have people posting stuff like this.

They don't see all the cyclists I am passing and that are passing me at rush hour.

Take away the bike lane for 60 parking spaces and you gain 0.006% more parking and lose a driving lane to bikes...

Food for thought. At least anyone thinking they would need to hedge by voting Heather McRae should go more progressive.

Based on the trail cam video from the latest cut and the pictures of some others, seems like they need to bolt or weld a 4' wide and tall fence on the pole to stop access, slow the cutting.

Many terrible takes in Calgary specific to e-bikes & bicycles in general.

A person is injured, and most are just grinding axes.

Here are two very similar rides, one on e-bike, one on non-electric. Impossible to tell the difference. Only as safe as you use them calgary.citynews.ca/2025/08/20/e...

Considering maybe 30% of the shoppers will live on the block and there might be 40 spots of on street within 200ft of the store, not too different than the existing one.

I guess we never see motorists using on street parking, so we should take it away for bike lanes.

I believe it is based on number of trips through an intersection from City of Calgarys Caltracs. I took a recent report from an intersection downtown and there were 550 bikes through the intersection, 26221 total through, so 2.1% bikes. Of course this will vary betweenintersections.

I once ran this into Torpor Orb. Hated it.

I like that it was included in a set with this. I run all the Slagstorms I can in Solphim.

Came here to say that, but you beat me to it .

I tried making a chill/midrange Liberator that tries to drop in surprise blockers and also run all the Swords.

Problem is the removal is light and expensive. Makes it hard to respond if somebody else is going fast.

So true. I put 100s of hours into this as a kid.

Unfortunately, I think we'll soon be Big 51 under a little cover of plausible deniability. 2072 is coming early.
