Today I grabbed my onion cloth bag from Hannaford (a NH grocery store) and no one in NC will know what a Hannafords is.

First day back to work after 5 days off where I attempted to unpack everything after the move. I still have more to do but it's better.

Today, on weird shit white women do...bringing a snake plant on the bus at 7:30 am.

When your 2nd side hustle is selling house plants and you have a customer who wants to do a public meet-up, it means bringing said plant with you on the bus and to work with you.

This little cutie was riding the bus with me. Traveled with me all the way to the bus depot where I let them go in a weeded area.

Not expecting to see this little guy on my walk to the bus stop. They crawled up into my hand and I took them out of the road. Now I'm fighting back tears.

New fear unlocked. My first name is multicultural, and how you spell my name usually depicts what ethnicity you are. In my case, my name is spelled the Spanish way (despite being named after my French aunt long story why it's not spelled the same). It's not something I typically think about.

He is my 4th rabbit and my 2nd who was surrendered because either a child got bored with it or the child couldn't be responsible.
They are living creatures who deserve forever homes and not just a novel gift for a holiday.

This is 5lbs of red clover, 1 pound of NC Native Wildflower Pollinator Seed Mix, and between a 1 or 1/2 pound of white clover mix (it was whatever was left over from an open bag I had). Mixed in a bucket before getting added to a seed spreader set to 1 inch.
