Yes, I understand that--the clan was only acting on the information they had. Glad that they now know the truth, and that we got to hear how the other doctors and nurses helped Jamie and Claire at the hospital, especially that sticky note. I love your writing; I've written fic too, but not as well.

Yay, another chapter! I think that Jamie's family hearing all the stories about him and Claire from the Boston contingent was the perfect way for them to see that their love is true. And I think they deserved to feel just a bit awkward about hearing others gossip with all the gossiping they've done.

It definitely did. I love the complex emotions in your story, and of course the love story you've created. I truly believe it is better than many published romance novels I've seen--a lot more nuanced and complex, but still with romance at its core.

Thank you for this story! Jenny revealing in this chapter that she had used Claire as a scapegoat is great (gives insight into her thoughts up until the last couple chapters), and your writing is masterful.
