*nods* I've held my A1C down with a little metformin for years. I'm looking at GLP-1 meds because my psych meds make me *hungry* and I can't have hip replacement unless I have a BMI of 40. I've not been that thin since middle school? I bristle at the idea of celebrating weight loss.
