Yes, a few previous studies also looked at bleeding as one of the outcomes measured. I just came to know about this risk while compiling for the summary.

No and even when my relatives ask me if they should continue - my replies are usually “Meh” ! I’ve not been very ‘evidence-based’ with my opinions, (now I am - based on ASCEND/ VITAL) and somehow I don’t believe that it does much good - again glad to change my opinions based on evidence. 🎏 #NephJC

I keep up-titrating and maximising RAASi / Flozi for all my IgANs coz that’s all they can afford, albeit with difficulty (Flozins are still costly by our standards). Steroids are cheap though.

Would they look at outcomes classified by the use of Flozins + RAASi Vs RAASi alone ?

Definitely those who were already on the RAASi/Flozi combo would have better controlled proteinuria ?
