I went to the Native Art Show at the NMAI today and came away with another Peter Boone seriagraph, two miniature baskets (1 salmon leather, 1 wood), beaded birchbark earrings, a bead and quillwork pin in the shape of a remembrance poppy, a bracelet, and a set of greeting cards.

Further along on my Eclipse Endpaper mitts: this is about an hours worth of knitting on the bus. 🧶 I’m going to try to pick up some circular needles today, because I worry about dropping one of my dpns on the bus and not being able to get it back.

Finished my reversible cables snood! It is knit flat, and then given a half twist before grafting together to make it a moebius strip. The yarn is Silk Road from Kiparoo Farm, a 50/50 wool silk fingering weight. 🧶

Did the heels on my Tetrodotoxin socks. I took me just under 2 hours to get the boomerang heels done. 🧶🧦

Started my first toe-up socks. The yarn is Orbit from String Theory Colorworks, in the Tetrodotoxin color, a sport weight ‘isomer’ color, where the stripes match in opposite colors. 🧶🧦
