None of these people ever think about the blowback or the consequences from regime change, nation building, or other kinds of foreign policy interventionsm. You can never predict the fallout and Trump went in with a completely dumb idea of initiating regime change by force.

European allies will not do anything to stop it because they are too hopelessly dependent on the rotting corpse that is currently the American empire. But long term, no one will ever trust us again and the election of Trump will be viewed as the suicide of the last global superpower.

There are no adults in charge anymore. There are no checks and balances. There's only a demented president with unaccountable control of the world's most powerful military destroying the last v vestiges of American hegemonic power and influence. There's no going back from this.

Democrats should be drawing up immediate articles of impeachment to file. This is an illegal war. There's no supporting this. Everyone needs to protest immediately as well. We cannot allow this to continue.

I fully expect them to try and run playbook of trying to get anyone opposed to this fired as not supporting the troops and I don't think people are going to have it. We support the troops by not getting them killed in illegal wars for oil.

I have no idea why the states like California are implementing the trans ban. They maintain control of their national guards and Gavin Newsom is in charge. He's done nothing while his command is purging trans people. It plainly violates the California constitution.
