It isn't legal, its only legal if you can get three doctors to prove the mother will die & or the child will die at some point between birth & early infancy & considering its Iran, that is very hard to prove for a woman.

There are NO states where they force you to not have an abortion even if it means you will die.

In Iran you need 3 doctors to prove both the child will be disabled to the point that it will pass within a short term after birth & the mother's life is in danger, Alabama is the worst state & its at least only one doctor to prove just a serious health risk or two in the case of mental health issue

They legally can't read in half the countries in the middle east & the other half female education only became a right in the 80s.

Yes its an awful thing to not have abortion rights outside of pretty much when you are dying, but tbf the state's law says: “No woman upon whom an abortion is performed or attempted to be performed shall be criminally or civilly liable." so there is no punishment to anyone but the doctor.
