I’m thoroughly enjoying #EchoesOfTheEnd with one exception. There was something driving me nuts about the controls and I could figure out why I felt like I forgot how to play game for about 2hrs. Then it clicked, the option to invert inexplicably doesn’t apply when Ryn’s climbing. Why?!

You guys remember when @philnoto.bsky.social did those 60’s era Avengers pieces? I finally saw #FantasticFour and I’m not kidding when I say this movie feels EXACTLY like these.

Yes, the #RedRising trilogy was awesome and should be read.
But Will Wight’s #CradleSeries has filled the void left by the disillusion of the Star Wars Legends timeline. I have nothing against the modern SW books (w/ a few notable exceptions) but they don’t hit with me like old EU. Cradle does.

So far the Absolute line isn’t really doing it for me. Absolute Batman is the high water mark of the line, but overall maybe just not for me.
Batman: Dark Patterns, on the other hand…whoo!

Is it too much to ask for a more adult-oriented reboot of TaleSpin? A campy diesel punk adventure about a dried up old pilot who smuggles on the side to keep his belly full and his plane in the air. Sky pirates, corporate goons, damsels in distress turned femme fatale and a spunky sidekick.
